Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd to change name as Kerala Ayurveda Ltd

Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has considered and approved the proposal for amending the name of the company from "KERALA AYURVEDA PHARMACY LTD" to "KERALA AYURVEDA LTD" in order to reflect the corporate objects, subject to the approval of the Central Government / other regulatory authorities and approval of the shareholders of the company.

Board also given the approval for a joint venture in USA with MOKSHA group to carry out health care activities with specific focus on Nursing, wherein the MOKSHA group, USA will Invest upto 15% of the equity in the Company subsidiary Ayu. Inc, USA.
