PFL Infotech Board Meeting on Sep 18, 2008 to allo securities

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 18, 2008, to allot 300000 (Three Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs 15/- per Share and 1150000 (Eleven Lacs fifty thousand) fully convertible warrants of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, with an option to convert each one of them into one equity share of Rs 10/- each, after a period of one year at a conversion price of Rs 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only), against the Share Application Money brought in by Sri. P Amresh Kumar.
