Kdl Biotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 11, 2008, to consider and approve the allotment of 72,72,727 equity shares of the Company to Unimark Remedies Ltd for cash at a price of Rs 12/- per share (i.e. Face value Rs 10/- and a premium of Rs 2/- per share) on Preferential basis.
