A V S R Holdings raises stake in Nagarjuna Construction

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has announced that M/s. A V S R Holdings Pvt Ltd an Investment Company belonging to the Promoters has acquired in the recent past 3,40,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company (Equivalent to 0.148% of the Paid-up Capital) through purchases from the Market. With the aforesaid acquisition, the holding of M/s. A V S R Holdings Pvt Ltd in the Company has gone up to 6.28% of the total equity of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.134.75, up by Rs.2.35 or 1.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.134.80 and low of Rs.129.25.

The total traded quantity was 205764 compared to 2 week average of 444084.
