Rajdarshan Industries defers warrants issue

Rajdarshan Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2008, inter alia, have deferred the proposal of Issuance of up to 40,00,000 (Forty Lacs) warrants on preferential basis, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
