Subex Azure to Sponsor a GDR / GDS issue of upto Nine Million Shares

Subex Azure Ltd on October 30, 2006 has announced that the company will sponsor a GDR / GDS issue subject to a maximum of nine million shares. The GDR / GDS issue will be listed on a major European exchange. This resolution was passed by the directors at the board meeting that concluded on October 28, 2006.
