With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 20, 2006, regarding signing of an agreement to acquire Rhyme Systems Holdings Ltd, UK, 3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company has now completed the acquisition of Rhyme Systems, UK, through its UK subsidiary 3i Infotech (UK) Ltd.
