Man Aluminium to issue 3 Lakh warrants

Man Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2008, inter alia, has decided to offer, issue and allot 150,000 convertible Warrants to Nikhil Mansukhani and 150,000 convertible Warrants to JPA Holdings Pvt. Ltd on Preferential basis at the price of Rs 38/- each calculated as per extant SEBI (DIP) Guidelines.
