Natco Pharma Board declares Rs.1.25 interim dividend

Natco Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.25 ps. per share for the year 2006-07.
