Tricom India Board allots Bonus Shares

Tricom India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has Allotment of 5809170 equity shares of Rs 10/- each as bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company as on Record date of October 27, 2006.
