Dewan Housing Board declares 10% interim dividend

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, has declared interim dividend at the rate of 10% (Rs 1/- per share) on the equity share capital of the Company and approved the payment of stipulated preference Dividend for the period upto September 30, 2006.
