Balkrishna Industries Board declares interim dividend

Balkrishna Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2006has declared payment of Interim Dividend of Rs 3.50 (35%) per Equity Share of Rs 10 each.
