Brushman India to increase stake in Bodyline International Pvt Ltd

Brushman India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2006 has decided to increase its shareholding in Bodyline International Pvt Ltd from existing 30% to 72% by subscribing to additional 7,50,000 shares of Rs 10/- each at par, which shall lead to an increase in equity of Bodyline International Pvt Ltd from current Rs 5O lacs to 125 lacs.

Bodyline International Pvt Ltd has recently acquired the distribution rights for India for Toni & Guy, a UK-based global hair care & styling brand.

In addition Bodyline International Pvt Ltd handles the distribution of various international brands in hair care which include Les Naturelles (Switzerland), Coverderm (Greece), Farmasi (Turkey).
