Lancor Holdings to consider merger of Lancor G:Corp Properties

Lancor Holdings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To adopt and take on record the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. Merger of Lancor G:Corp Properties Ltd, (where 50% of the shares are held by the Company) with the Company.
