Kaashyap Technologies to consider merger of Space Hospitals Ltd

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2006 to consider and approve the proposal of merger of M/s Space Hospitals Ltd, a company engaged in the business in HealthCare Industry based at Chennai. The Company, is restructuring its business and focusing in health care domain. This merger will enable the company to entry into Healthcare industry.

The Board will consider and approve the scheme of merger, valuation report, modalities and strategies in this regard.
