Gillanders Arbuthnot - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd has announced that the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta had fixed November 01, 2006 as the date for hearing of the petition filed by the Company for obtaining the sanction of the said court to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Waldies Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company with the Company.
