Alfa Laval India Ltd declares Rs.10 interim dividend

Alfa Laval India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October 27, 2006 have declared an interim dividend of 100% (Rs.10/- per share), aggregating Rs.207.08 M (including dividend tax) on the equity shares for the year ending December 31, 2006. The payment of the said interim Dividend shall be made to the shareholders after the record date. i.e. November 07, 2006.
