Westlife Foodworld Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Westlife Foodworld Limited in its meeting held on 30th July, 2026 have declared payment by the Company of interim dividend of Rs. 0.40/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on the basis of the quarterly financial performance ended on 30th June, 2026 [financial year 2026-27], to the members of the Company, and 7th August, 2026 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the aforesaid interim dividend declared by the Board.
