B R Goyal Infrastructure Ltd receives work order from UPEIDA

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited (the Company) has received a work order from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority ("UPEIDA" or the "Authority") for the Collection of User Fees and O&M of Toll Plazas along Bundelkhand Expressway. The total accepted value of the said work order is Rs. 377,54,37,907.50/- (Rupees Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Crore Fifty-Four Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seven and Fifty Paise only) for a period of two (2) years.

The amount payable after first year and onwards shall escalate @ of 10% (ten percent) per annum on year-on-year basis as per the terms and conditions of the RFQ-cum-RFP document and corrigendum issued by the Authority:

Year 1: Rs. 179,78,27,575.00 (Rupees One Hundred Seventy-Nine Crore Seventy-Eight Lakh TwentySeven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five only)

Year 2 (10% escalation): Rs. 197,76,10,332.50 (Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Seven Crore SeventySix Lakh Ten Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Two and Fifty Paise only)

Shares of B R Goyal Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 157.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174000 in over 141 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 166.80 and intraday low of 143.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27261350.00.
