Induj Enertech to invest Rs.49 Lakhs in SKG Power Ventures

Induj Enertech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2006, has decided to invest Rs 49 lakhs as subscription to 4,90,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par of SKG Power Ventures Pvt Ltd. On this investment the SKG Power Ventures Pvt Ltd will be a subsidiary company of the Company.
