The company received the formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the state authorities on July 3, 2026.

This secondary environmental engineering win operates under the central government's clean river initiative and is defined by the following operational parameters:
Awarding Body: The infrastructure mandate was issued by the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural), a domestic state department.
Core Scope of Work: The contract covers the development of a 45 MLD (Million Liters per Day) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) along with its connected network infrastructure tailored for Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar (DDU Nagar), Uttar Pradesh.
PPP Framework: The infrastructure will be executed using the standard Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), which pairs initial construction cycles with long-term facility management.
Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV): To streamline balance sheets and project tracking, execution will run through its newly structured subsidiary, Varanasi DDU Nagar STP Private Limited. The bank and stock exchanges were previously notified of this SPV's incorporation on June 17, 2026.
Project Execution and Long-Term Service Timelines
The execution roadmap defines sharp boundaries for construction, testing buffers, and utility operations:
Infrastructure Construction: The project allows a strict window of 18 months to complete core civil, structural, and mechanical assemblies.
System Trial Operations: Following physical completion, a 3-month trial operation window will check filtration metrics and system integration.
Operational Maintenance: Once certified, the SPV takes on comprehensive, long-term Operation and Maintenance (O&M) tasks for a duration of 15 years.
