Allied Digital Services Ltd. appoints Arun Pathak as CEO - Cloud and Infrastructure Services for India and Middle East

Allied Digital Services Limited (BSE: 532875 | NSE: ADSL), a leading global provider of IT services and digital transformation solutions, has announced the appointment of Mr. Arun Pathak as Chief Executive Officer - Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) for the India and Middle East regions.

In this role, Mr. Pathak will lead the growth, strategy, and operations of Allied Digital's CIS business across the region, with a focus on expanding managed services, strengthening enterprise customer relationships, and accelerating business growth.

Mr. Pathak brings over three decades of leadership experience across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and digital infrastructure. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, leading large teams, and delivering complex digital transformation programs for leading enterprises across India and the SAARC region.

Prior to joining Allied Digital, he spent nearly two decades at NTT DATA India, most recently as Executive Head - Cloud & Cybersecurity, where he led business growth, go-to-market strategy, and the expansion of cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services capabilities. Earlier, he also led the company's Managed Network & Collaboration Services business and successfully managed several of its largest strategic customer relationships.

His appointment further strengthens Allied Digital's leadership team as the Company continues to enhance its capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI-enabled operations, and managed services, supporting its next phase of growth.
