Renewable energy solution provider GRE Renew Enertech Limited (formerly known as GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited) has bagged a new Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) order valued at ₹17.75 crore. The company confirmed that the contract was secured as part of its ordinary course of business during its latest fortnightly review period.
The development is part of the company's routine business updates tracking project pipelines secured between June 16, 2026, and June 30, 2026.
Project Scope and Delivery Timeline
The contract involves standard commercial stipulations for the turnkey execution of a localized clean energy setup. Key details include:
Awarding Entity: Standard Solar Limited, a domestic corporate entity.
Project Profile: Turnkey EPC installation of a grid-connected, ground-mounted solar power plant using a seasonal tilt design mechanism. It includes setting up the necessary transmission infrastructure to enable power sales to local power distribution companies (Discoms).
Capacity: 5.2416 MW (DC) / 3.90 MW (AC).
Order Value: ₹17,75,21,985 (inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax).
Execution Window: The project is slated for completion within an approximate six-month schedule based on mutually agreed construction timelines.
GRE Renew Enertech clarified that the transaction is a routine engineering contract and does not lead to any structural shifts in its business model or financial exposure.
The company confirmed that the ₹17.75 crore figure excludes any Letters of Award or separate business contracts that were already.
Shares of GRE Renew Enertech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 158.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16800 in over 14 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 158.65 and intraday low of 145.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2537280.00.
