Bajaj Auto Limited has announced its sales performance numbers for June 2026, delivering broad-based expansion across both its domestic operations and international export networks. The auto major recorded total monthly sales (combining two-wheelers and commercial vehicles) of 4,63,202 units. This marks a robust 28% increase over the 3,60,806 units sold during June 2025.
The growth was aggressively driven by a 47% surge in total exports, which reached 2,53,365 units for the month, outpacing the steady 11% volume growth seen in the domestic market.
Two-Wheeler Segment Rebounds Sharply
The company's two-wheeler vertical registered a combined volume of 3,89,395 units in June 2026, gaining 30% year-on-year from the 2,98,484 units logged in June 2025.
While domestic two-wheeler dispatches grew at a stable 12% to reach 1,66,956 units, international export markets swallowed the bulk of the expansion. Two-wheeler exports jumped an impressive 49%, rising from 1,49,167 units in the prior year's June to 2,22,439 units this year.
Sustained Performance in Commercial Vehicles
Bajaj Auto's commercial vehicle segment mirrored the positive momentum, accumulating 73,807 unit sales worldwide. This represents an overall 18% volume increase over June 2025's 62,322 units.
Domestic CV Sales: Stood at 42,881 units, registering a 10% gain over last year's 39,143 units.
Export CV Sales: Climbed by 33% to touch 30,926 units, compared to the 23,179 units shipped in the same month last year.
First Quarter (April-June 2026) Closing Summary
The solid June wrap-up rounded out a highly profitable Year-to-Date (YTD) cumulative performance for the first quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal year.
Across April to June 2026, Bajaj Auto's cumulative volumes across all categories spiked by 29%, achieving a grand total of 14,38,251 units-up from 11,11,237 units in the same quarter last year. Total first-quarter domestic business grew 11% to 7,06,078 units, while total first-quarter exports skyrocketed by 54% to hit 7,32,173 units.
Breaking down the YTD numbers by category:
Total Two-Wheelers: Surged 29% to 12,22,552 units, supported by 5,86,547 domestic sales (up 11%) and 6,36,005 exports (up 52%).
Total Commercial Vehicles: Advanced 33% to 2,15,699 units, backed by 1,19,531 domestic deliveries (up 13%) and 96,168 global shipments (up 69%).
