Interarch Building Solutions Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.50

The board of directors of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 12.50/- (Rupees Twelve and Fifty Paisa Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders.

Shares of Interarch Building Products Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2048.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2026.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3363 in over 558 trades.
