Ester Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of Ester Industries Limited has approved the recommendation of final Dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 5/-each for the financial year ended on 31st March 2026, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
