Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.50

The Board of Directors of Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. April 27, 2026, has, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, for the approval of the shareholders at the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. With this the total dividend for the financial year 2025-26 would be Rs. 21.50 per Equity share, including the interim dividend of Rs. 9.00 per equity share distributed in November 2025.

The record date, for ascertaining the shareholders who will be eligible to receive the payment of final dividend, subject to shareholder's approval, will be Friday, June 26, 2026. The payment date for final dividend will be on and from July 10, 2026.

Shares of Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 989.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 979.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42221 in over 3923 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 998.90 and intraday low of 983.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41814644.00.
