Solarium Green Energy Ltd receives LOA worth Rs. 188.525 crores

Solarium Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated April 01, 2026, as a sub-contractor, for execution of End-to-End Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works, including three (3) years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, for a 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project in the State of Maharashtra, awarded under a project of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). The total order value is approximately ₹188.525 Crore (Rupees One Hundred Eighty-Eight Crore Fifty-Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) exclusive of GST.

This order is expected to strengthen the Company's presence in the renewable energy sector and contribute to the Company's revenues over the project execution period.

Shares of Solarium Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 145.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19800 in over 32 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 148.00 and intraday low of 140.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2873655.00.
