YES Bank Ltd receives Rs. 210 crores from two trusts of JC Flower ARC

YES Bank Ltd has received an aggregate amount of INR 210 crores from two separate trusts (INR 110 crores and INR 100 crores respectively) in the Security Receipts Portfolio Sold to J. C.Flower Asset Reconstruction Private Limited ("JC Flower ARC"). Since the funds received in each of the two trusts individually (in excess of the underlying carrying value of the trust), is more than the materiality threshold as prescribed under the amended Listing Regulations, the said events, are being hereby disclosed under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations.

Shares of Yes Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.12. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17433910 in over 42343 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 17.95 and intraday low of 17.19. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 304225308.00.
