SER Industries Ltd is now Desi Farms India Ltd

The office of the Central Processing Centre, Registrar of Companies, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the name change of the Company from "SER Industries Limited" to "Desi Farms India Limited", pursuant to the issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 19, 2026.

The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to "Desi Farms India Limited" with effect from March 19, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the name change of the Company.
