ASM Technologies Limited's Board approved investment of Rs 79.57 crore in Asmaitha Wireless Technologies Private Ltd to acquire 51% equity stake.

Target Company Profile

Asmaitha Wireless, incorporated April 29, 2010, specializes in design-led manufacturing for embedded systems, firmware, wireless domains, telecom infrastructure, IoT modules, and medical wearables. FY25 turnover Rs 3.67 crore (FY24: Rs 12.74 crore; FY23: Rs 14.78 crore).

The acquisition of Asmaitha wireless strengthens ASM Technologies' capabilities in engineering design-led manufacturing, particularly in embedded, firmware and wireless domains.

Asmaitha is a 16-year-old company focused on providing engineering and manufacturing services in the embedded and wireless domain. Over the years, the company has built strong capabilities not only in engineering services but also in supporting telecom operators and OEMs through installation and commissioning of telecom equipment, enabling largescale rollout of telecom infrastructure. Asmaitha has designed and developed customer premises and network infrastructure equipment, along with IoT modules leveraging BLE and Wi-Fi technologies, and has also developed medical wearable devices for the US market. Currently, the company is supporting the mass production of a wellness product for the US market, demonstrating its end-to-end capabilities from design to manufacturing.
