India Homes Limited updates on OTS with JCF ARC

India Homes Limited has received a sanction on 09/03/2026 for a One lime Settlement (OTS) with J. C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JCF ARC) in respect of all its secured borrowings i. e outstanding secured loans / facilities availed by the company.

After payment of this, all the secured borrowings of the company would have been paid off.
