RailTel Secures Rs 26.73 Crore OFC Network Order from South East Central Railway

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South East Central Railway for a comprehensive optical fiber cable (OFC) infrastructure project.

The order encompasses supply, transportation, trenching, laying, backfilling, horizontal directional drilling, HDPE pipe insertion, blowing, jointing, and termination of OFC, valued at Rs. 26,72,60,140 (approximately Rs. 26.73 crores). Execution is scheduled for completion by March 5, 2027.

Shares of Railtel Corporation Of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 291.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 282.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 339005 in over 5413 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 299.80 and intraday low of 280.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99351042.00.
