Keto Motors Limited (formerly Taaza International Limited, BSE Scrip Code: 537392) announced the successful implementation of its name change, following approval of the Resolution Plan and Board resolution dated August 6, 2025.

The Name Clause (Clause I) of the Memorandum of Association has been substituted to reflect "KETO MOTORS LIMITED" as the company's official name. Similarly, all references to "TAAZA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED" in the Articles of Association have been replaced with "KETO MOTORS LIMITED" throughout the document.
