IRB Group February 2026 Toll Revenue Jumps 22% YoY to Rs 746 Crores

IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited reported strong toll collection growth for February 2026 across its portfolio of wholly-owned subsidiaries, IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT), and IRB InvIT Fund (Public InvIT).

Aggregate toll revenue reached Rs 7,461 million, marking approximately 22% year-over-year increase from Rs 6,138 million in February 2025. Key contributors included IRB MP Expressway Pvt Limited at Rs 1,482 million, IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway Private Limited at Rs 797 million, and IRB Golconda Expressway Private Limited at Rs 737 million.

Newly operational IRB Harihara Corridors Private Limited (TOT-17) delivered Rs 528 million in its first full month since tolling commenced January 23, 2026. Assets acquired by IRB InvIT Fund on November 1, 2025, such as Kaithal Tollway Limited and others, also showed growth.

Deputy CEO Amitabh Murarka noted robust traffic trends and alignment with bid estimates for TOT-17, with growth accelerating from 15% last month. The group anticipates continued momentum from upcoming TOT assets.

IRB Group operates 28 highways spanning 17,500 operational lane kms across 13 states, holding 44% market share in awarded TOT space and significant Golden Quadrilateral connectivity.
