Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Secures Rs 4.99 Crore Order

Magellanic Cloud Limited (formerly South India Projects Limited, BSE Scrip Code: 538891, NSE Symbol: MCLOUD, CIN: L72100TG1981PLC169991) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, received a purchase order worth ₹4,99,21,345 (Rupees Four Crore Ninety-Nine Lakh Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred and Forty-Five only) from Social Welfare Educational Institute.

The order involves procurement, deployment, and maintenance of AI-based monitoring and CCTV infrastructure for Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society across 176 locations. Scope includes 5MP or higher AI-enabled CCTV cameras, centralized command control centre, video management software (VMS), AI analytics, storage infrastructure, video wall monitoring systems, networking equipment, and web/mobile applications for incident monitoring.

Delivery and installation are expected within 3 months (8 weeks from Notification of Award per tender terms), with annual maintenance contract (AMC) as specified. The domestic order from a non-related party carries no promoter or group company interests.
