Tech Mahindra Limited (BSE: 532755, NSE: TECHM) announced it has entered exclusive negotiations with Orange Business for a non-equity global strategic partnership to accelerate enterprise digital transformation, focusing on AI, automation, and secure digital platforms.
The proposed 5-year collaboration combines Orange Business' leadership in networks, platforms, cloud, and cybersecurity with Tech Mahindra's integration expertise and agile delivery. It includes outsourcing portions of Orange Business' global customer support, quote-to-bill operations, and post-sales teams outside France to Tech Mahindra, while excluding French operations and sensitive sovereign segments like national security.
This initiative supports Orange Business' goal to lead in secure enterprise connectivity, enhancing international competitiveness, market expansion, and operational efficiency through automation and process reviews. Tech Mahindra gains economies of scale and access to Orange's infrastructure for value-added services.
Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business, stated: "This partnership would be a significant growth catalyst for Orange Business and for our customers... With Tech Mahindra, our customers would benefit from highly agile and competitive delivery capabilities combined with our unique assets."
Mohit Josh, CEO & Managing Director of Tech Mahindra, added: "This proposed strategic partnership brings Orange Business and Tech Mahindra together to shape the future of enterprise connectivity and digital experiences."
