Muthoot Capital Services Ltd raises Rs. 94.85 crore through direct assignment transaction

Muthoot Capital Services Limited ("the Company") has completed a Direct Assignment transaction, raising an amount of ₹ 94,85,65,273 /- (Rupees Ninety-Four Crores Eighty-Five Lakhs Sixty-Five Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Three Only), by assignment of Two Wheeler Loans receivables aggregating to ₹ 105,39,61,414 /- (Rupees One Hundred and Five Crores Thirty-Nine Lakhs Sixty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Fourteen only) on February 27, 2026.

This is the Fifth Securitization / Direct Assignment transaction carried out by the Company during FY 2025-26.

The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.

Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 230.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 229.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1677 in over 120 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 232.25 and intraday low of 228.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 385854.00.
