Development Credit Bank Limited shares to be listed on October 27

Effective from Friday, October 27, 2006 the equity shares of Development Credit Bank Ltd (Symbol: 532772) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

The equity shares of the Development Credit Bank Limited (Symbol: DCB) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. October 27, 2006. Trading shall be in the Normal Market Segment - Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.
