Essar Shipping Limited partially redeemed 1% Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued to Abhinand Ventures Private Limited on February 26, 2026.

Redemption Details

Debentures Redeemed: 14,442,000 NCDs (face value Rs. 100 each)

Principal Value: Rs. 1,444,200,000

Total Payout: Rs. 1,552,247,922 (principal + interest)

Interest Paid: Rs. 108,047,922 (premium: Nil)

Outstanding Position

Post-redemption, 24,262,750 NCDs remain outstanding. This follows an earlier tranche redemption on January 30, 2026.

The partial redemption adheres to original issue terms with no impact on capital structure. Executed as scheduled, not pursuant to maturity, early redemption, buyback, or call option.
