Steelco Gujarat Limited has announced a rights issue to raise up to ₹1,489.80 lakh through the issuance of 1,48,98,036 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each at ₹10 per share (at par), following in-principle approval from BSE Limited on February 11, 2026.
