VVIP Infratech Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, VVIP Infrahome Private Limited, has received the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Registration Certificate No. UPRERAPRJ677791/02/2026 for its upcoming group housing project, "VVIPYAMUNA".
Located at Plot No. GH-01B/2, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, the 20,235 sqm land parcel was acquired via e-auction from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Building plans have received YEIDA approval, featuring 484 residential dwelling units and 18 commercial shops. The project offers approximately 989,400 sq ft of saleable residential area and 12,200 sq ft commercial space.
With an estimated gross sales value of ₹750 crore and project cost of ₹500 crore, construction and handover are targeted within 4-5 years. The official launch is scheduled for February 22, 2026. This RERA milestone marks VVIP's entry into residential real estate along the Yamuna Expressway, poised to boost consolidated revenues and long-term assets, subject to market conditions.
VVIP Infratech Limited, a Class "A" civil and electrical contractor with over 20 years of experience, specializes in infrastructure like sewer networks, treatment plants (including 56 MLD and 40 MLD SBR facilities), water systems, sector development, and 33kV substations. Operating primarily in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and northern India, it posted FY25 consolidated turnover of ₹370.66 crore, EBITDA of ₹78 crore, and PAT of ₹36.11 crore.
