HCL Infosystems AGM approves 100% final dividend, increase authorized share capital

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 100% i.e. Rs 2/- on equity share of Rs 2/- each.

Increase in authorized share capital of the Company, subject to approval of the composite Scheme of Arrangement by Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the consequent changes in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
