JD Cables Limited ("the Company") is pleased to inform that we have been further awarded with a work order of ₹163 CRORES from Kaushal Engineering Limited in continuation with the last order of ₹244 CRORES dated 23rd December, 2025, aggregating to ₹407 CRORES of the said Order Value, for Construction of balance Civil and Electrical Works under a Key National Highway Development Project in the State of Jharkhand, completing our initial step towards the Company's infrastructure execution journey.
The Total Revenue shall be generated from this Work Order is Rs. 1,62,87,92,282/- (Rupees One Hundred Sixty-Two Crore Eighty-Seven Lacs Ninety-Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty-Two Only) inclusive of applicable GST.
The scope of work includes for CONSTRUCTION OF BALANCE HIGHWAY WORKS INCLUDING VUP, Bridges and Electrical works for the six-laning of the Bihar-Jharkhand Border (Chordaha to Gorhar section) of NH-2 spanning from Km 249.525 to Km 320.810. The said project is executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode under NHDP Phase V.
The total contract value is Rs. 1,62,87,92,282/- (Rupees One Hundred Sixty-Two Crore Eighty-Seven Lacs Ninety-Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty-Two Only), inclusive of applicable GST @18%, approved Change of Scope (COS) and price escalation. The contract value also includes all other applicable taxes, duties, labour cess and royalty on materials to be consumed for the said scope of work on a back-to-back basis as per the Main Contract. If in any case, there is a change in law by the Government of India or the Government of Jharkhand shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the main contract.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 9 (nine) months from the date of this contract.

Mr. Abhradeep Mallick, GM (Projects), JD Cables Limited, said: "To ensure smooth execution of this additional scope, we have recruited several engineers and strengthened our project team. After conducting proper survey and detailed execution planning, we have decided to proceed with this work. Importantly, this project will run in parallel to the works already awarded to us, with dedicated resources to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards."
