United Breweries Ltd has sold industrial land in Nacharam Industrial area

Pursuant to the approval received from the Board of Directors of United Breweries Ltd subject to conditions, the sale deed arising out of sale of Eight (8) acres of Industrial Land of the Company located in Nacharam Industrial area, Hyderabad ('the said Premises'), has been executed today i.e. January 19, 2026.

As no business operations of the Company are carried out on the said Premises being sold, the said sale will not have any impact on the business operations of the Company.

INR 80.8 Crores (Indian Rupees Eighty Crores and Eighty Lakhs Only) is payable as sale consideration to the Company.

Shares of United Breweries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1521.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1519.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1957 in over 363 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1522.45 and intraday low of 1497.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2958727.00.
