Tips Music Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Tips Music Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, January 19, 2026, the Board has declared the third interim dividend for the financial year 2025-2026 of Rs. 5/- per equity share (i.e. 500%) on the fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- per share.

The board has fixed Friday, January 23, 2026, as the Record Date towards payment of third Interim Dividend. The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before February 13, 2026.

Shares of TIPS Music Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 527.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 519.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6823 in over 429 trades.
