V-Mart Retail Limited has announced quarterly update of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Revenue From Operations Q3'FY26
- Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 1,126 Crores compared to Rs. 1,027 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, refecting a year-on-year growth of +10%.
- The same store sales growth (SSSG) was �lat for the quarter, with V-Mart at 0% and Unlimited at +2%
- The quarter saw a shift in sales due to larger share of Durga Puja moving to Q2 in the current year versus previous year.
- On a cumulative basis, Q2 and Q3 results remove the distortion from festive timing, resulting in a combined same store sales growth (SSSG) of +5% and total revenue growth of +15%
The above revenue numbers are provisional and subject to review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Store Opening & Closures
- During the quarter, the Company opened 23 and closed 2 stores. This brings year-to-date (YTD) additions to 63 and closures to 6, resulting in a total operating portfolio of 554 stores as at Q3 end.
- The 23 New stores include Five (5) stores in Uttar Pradesh, Four (4) stores in Gujrat, Three (3) stores Bihar, Two (2) stores each in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh & Tamil Nadu, and one (1) store each in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and Punjab.
Shares of V-Mart Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 700.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 698.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65837 in over 459 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 708.35 and intraday low of 689.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46069981.00.
