Garnet Construction converts 25,00,000 warrants to equity shares

Garnet Construction Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2006, inter alia, has approved the Conversion of 25,00,000 partly paid-up convertible warrants into equity shares.
