Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd acquires 23,300 Square Meters of Prime Land in Udaipur for New Luxury Resort Project

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL, "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired approximately 23,300 square meters of prime land near Udaipur Airport for the construction of Samskara Udaipur, a flagship luxury resort project. The scenic, hill-view site, a 15 minute drive from Udaipur Airport, and 5 minute drive from Taj Lalit Bagh, marks our Company's entry into India's foremost wedding market.

- Samskara Udaipur will have upto 250 keys, 2 signature restaurants, a bar, a cafe, multiple swimming pools, 2 luxury banquets and event lawns, recreational activities, a spa, a gymnasium and a kids' zone. The resort will open to the guests by 2027.

- The Company has an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan under 'Rising Rajasthan' for this flagship project. Construction shall commence in the coming months after the Company receives all requisite approvals. The Company has already initiated discussions for the architectural, construction and consulting services for the project.

- SSCL has established an office in Udaipur, with corporate and guesthouse areas measuring approximately 6500 square feet, for the execution of the Company's projects in the region, including the upcoming Samskara Jawai Leopard Reserve.

- With this development, SSCL has over 700 keys in its Rajasthan pipeline over 3 locations - Jaipur, Udaipur, and Jawai - and the Company is expecting to become one of Rajasthan's leading luxury hoteliers. In addition, SSCL is engaged in late-stage land acquisition discussions in Ranthambore and Achrol (Jaipur-Delhi Road), which may be closed in the coming weeks and add to our robust developments.

Shares of SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.46 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.93. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53619 in over 149 trades.
