Unifinz Capital India Ltd allots 3,54,14,468 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Unifinz Capital India Limited in their meeting held today, has made an allotment of 3,54,14,468 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each in the proportion of 4 (Four) equity share of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten Only) each for every 1 (One) existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date (Friday, 19th December,2025) in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and other applicable rules and regulations for the time being in force.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of Bonus Shares, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 8,85,36,170 /- divided into 88,53,617 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 44,26,80,850/- divided into 4,42,68,085 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Bonus Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu and carry the same rights with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of Unifinz Capital India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 107.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 112.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11655 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107.50 and intraday low of 102.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1207319.00.
